Education in Bangladesh

Girls have not had equal access to education in Bangladesh. Families with few resources send their sons to school first. With the practice of early marriage, girls may have children by age 14. Your gift supports communities of religious sisters who run hostels for girls in north and northeastern Bangladesh.
