Providing relief after earthquakes in Mexico

A 7.1-magnitude earthquake hit southern Mexico near Atencingo, Puebla state on September 19, 2017, less than two weeks after an 8.2-magnitude earthquake hit the southern part of the country on September 7. MCC is planning a response to the earlier earthquake with partner Centre for Ecumenical Studies, and is currently assessing needs with partners affected by the most recent disaster.

We are grateful for your support, which allows MCC to provide emergency relief and help rebuild communities after these disasters.
