Quality Education for Isolated Ethnic Communities in Vietnam

Previously the school did not have the capacity to offer lunches for the students. Through your support of MCC's education project in Thang Village and other isolated villages in Tan Son District over the last few years, kitchens have been constructed and/or repaired, allowing schools to offer nutritious lunches. As a result, preschool attendance has increased, parents are able to be more productive due to being able to spend more daytime hours working in their fields, malnutrition rates have dropped, and teacher-student relationships are being strengthened.
